Wasteland 3 is on the way and ahead of the game's release, the developers at InXile Entertainment have given us another new trailer to check out. During today's IGN Summer of Gaming event, InXile Entertainment showed off a brand new trailer for Wasteland 3, giving us a great look at some of the various factions that will undoubtedly play a huge role in the upcoming RPG.
The video itself isn't too long, but does introduce us to many of the factions that players will meet in the game. These include the Patriarch's Marshals (a group who acts as a private army for the Patriarch), the Gippers, and the Hundred Families, a high-class group of folks who want a better Colorado for no one but themselves. It'll be up to the player to decide who to trust and who not to when the game launches later this year.
After being delayed out of May due to the studio switching to a work-from-home setup given the ongoing pandemic, Wasteland 3 is currently slated to arrive on August 28, 2020 on Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4. It'll also launch directly into Xbox Game Pass. For more on Wasteland 3, you can check out a preview of the game from our senior Xbox editor Jez Corden.
