The Coalition is not the only Xbox studio working with Unreal Engine 5, as Ninja Theory previously confirmed that Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 is being developed using that engine.
Recent reports indicate that The Coalition may be working on a new IP but if so, it won't be directly related to anything shown in these demonstrations. Instead, these are technical learnings that'll help the studio produce better work in the future.
