Microsoft Whiteboard just got a wide range of new colorful features.

Microsoft Whiteboard just got a lot more colorful, thanks to a recent update. The app now has 15 new ink colors and six new thicknesses, a new highlighter tool, and 10 new sticky note colors and textures. The new colors and options are available on Microsoft Whiteboard for the web, Android, and Microsoft Teams.
Ian Mikutel, head of product, Microsoft Whiteboard for Teams & Surface, shared the update on Twitter recently. Mikutel also shared some closeups of the new color options in action.

The update should make collaborating and taking notes within the app more visually appealing and make it easier to differentiate between different types of content. For example, you can now color coordinate sticky notes or highlight different types of content with specific colors.
The Android version of Whiteboard is still in public preview and limited to work and education customers. Microsoft's Ankit Gulati shared on Twitter that the company plans to open it up to more customers in the future.
