Head of Xbox Game Studios Matt Booty has officially announced in a blog post that Halo Infinite will fully support multiplayer crossplay when it launches, meaning that Xbox and PC players will be able to play with each other. This is exciting news, especially since Halo Infinite's multiplayer will be free-to-play and thus will be the most accessible Halo multiplayer experience yet. Between the multiplayer's accessibility and crossplay, Halo fans will be able to play with their friends easier than ever before. Cross-progression will be in place as well, which will allow players to keep their unlocks when switching between playing on Xbox and PC.

Additionally, it was also confirmed that Halo Infinite will support other PC-specific features.
