The uniquely colored Razer Basilisk gaming mouse in mercury white has hit a low price it has never hit before at $39.99. This is a mouse that normally sells for around $70. Before today, the lowest this mouse had ever gone was a drop to $50, a sale we haven't seen since last August. At other retailers like Walmart, it's still $60.
This is a right-handed mouse from Razer. It's an extremely precise gaming mouse that uses a 16,000 DPI optical sensor. Thanks to the dedicated DPI button, you can adjust this sensitivity on the fly. That's super helpful for finding the right settings while playing different games. You may want a high DPI for smooth crolling while doing standard computer work, but you'll definitely want to lower it for more accurate shotgun tracking during some Fortnite action. There is even a Quick DPI toggle that lets you do a quick, temporary switch to a different DPI setting so you can drop the DPI even lower for some on-the-fly sniping.
The Basilisk also has fully customizable RGB lighting thanks to Razer Chroma. Not only do you gain access to millions of colors and combinations that you can customize or designate with preset profiles, Chroma adds the additional benefit of being able to sync this lighting across all of your Razer gear. You can even sync it with some third-party gear like Philips Hue smart lighting.
The scroll wheel on the mouse has built-in resistance so it feels like a gradual dial as you use it. You also get durable mechanical switches that can last for up to 50 million clicks. Use Razer's Synapse software to reprogram all eight of the buttons on the mouse and assign complex macros as necessary.
This mouse comes with a two-year warranty from Razer.
