Resident Evil Village is a departure from past entries in many ways. It's a first-person game starring Ethan from Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, while the game takes place in a snowy European village filled with what appear to be werewolves, witches and Krampus-esque goatmen. Depending on how it pans out, this could end up being one of the best Xbox horror games available.
Resident Evil Village is currently a next-generation exclusive title, coming to Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PS5 and PC. Capcom is looking into the possibility of Xbox One and PS4 ports but no promises are being made. Resident Evil Village is currently slated to release at some point in 2021.
