The Surface Dock 2 utilizes the Surface Connect port to add several ports to Surface devices. It works with Surface devices released after 2017, such as the Surface Pro 7, Surface Laptop 3, and Surface Go 2. The dock includes four USB-C ports, two USB-A ports, a Gigabit Ethernet port, and has a security lock slot.
The Surface Dock 2 supports a total power delivery of 199W, and it can charge supported Surface devices with up to 120W. You can use the remaining power to charge phones or other accessories.
