What you need to know
- If you live in the UK and are looking for an alternative to hopefully pick up and Xbox Series X|S this holiday season, EE may have something for you.
- The mobile phone carrier is now offering the Xbox Series X|S as 11-month, interest-free, financed add-on's to their mobile contracts.
- Stock was very limited, and has already sold out, but EE has promised they'll be adding more consoles in the future.
- If you wanted a way to finance and Xbox Series X|S, this could be the way to go in the UK.
After months of anticipations, the steady drip of news, and the realization that next-gen console gaming was truly arriving, the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S are here, and gamers all around the world are starting to recieve their brand-new gaming consoles. However, those who weren't able to pre-order back in September may be out of luck, as demand is staggeringly high for next-gen consoles, and supply is disappointingly low across the board. We're busy keeping track of where the best places to look for the Xbox Series X|S are, as initial stock is intermittently appearing in some places.
Now EE, the UK-based mobile carrier, is offering a beacon of hope to those who were not only wanting a next-gen console, but were also hoping to finance it, rather than buy it outright.

If you're in a pay monthly contract with EE, you're able to add various products to your plan and pay for them, interest-free, over an 11 month period. Starting today, these add-on's now include the Xbox Series X|S, which is awesome to see. You can add things to your EE plan here, but unfortunately initial supply of the Xbox Series X|S appear to be gone. EE promises they'll be adding more, so if you're interested in going this route, you can sign-up to be notified of new stock here.
