There's now eleven titles you can play without a controller.
What you need to know
- Ten more games, including Tell Me Why, Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice and Killer Instinct, now support touch controls on Xbox Cloud Gaming for Android.
- Previously, only Minecraft Dungeons supported touch controls.
- These controls are custom designed for each game.
While Minecraft Dungeons currently supports touch controls on Xbox Cloud Gaming for Android (xCloud), it's been the lone exception. That's changing today, as Microsoft announced that ten more games are getting touch controls. Here's the full list of games that are getting touch control support:
- Dead Cells
- Gucamelee! 2
- Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice
- Hotshot Racing
- Killer Instinct
- New Super Lucky's Tale
- Slay The Spire
- Streets of Rage 4
- Tell Me Why
- UnderMine
While the addition of these touch controls will make playing the games above an even more pleasant experience, especially on the best tablets for Xbox Cloud Gaming, it doesn't stop there. Touch controls are not a one-size-fits-all scenario. Instead, custom layouts or prompts will appear depending on the title, such as combat controls showing up in Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice whenever Senua fights the different foes she encounters in her travels.

Killer Instinct with touch controls... Wild. Definitely would take some getting used to, but man it's really cool. #Xbox pic.twitter.com/Ru4os8FLrc

There's over 150 games currently available to play through this streaming service and the list is continuing to grow, with some EA titles joining over the coming months as EA Play joins Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Xbox Cloud Gaming requires Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and an Android device, though support is reportedly coming for iOS users through a browser-based workaround in 2021.
Best of both worlds
