The Razer Naga family gained a new member, and it's a wireless beast.

The Razer Naga is an icon in Razer's lineup at this point, and its latest iteration is sure to cement that reputation further. The new Razer Naga Pro, launching today for $150, builds on the Razer Naga Trinity's modular design and takes the concept completely wireless. But that's not all — Razer has some design tweaks packed in that reflect the current state of the gaming landscape.
At its heart, the Naga has been the go-to mouse for MMO and RTS gamers, offering up a side panel packed with 12 buttons that can be assigned to different abilities in-game. The Naga Trinity shook that up by adding swappable FPS and MOBA side plates to the mix, making it a solid option for other games. The Naga Pro wireless mouse keeps this concept in tact, giving you three choices of magnetic side plates that can be changed out on the fly.
One of those plates, however, has undergone a big design overhaul. The MOBA plate on the Naga Trinity featured a circular pattern of six buttons for your abilities. The new MOBA plate has been refined to work well for Battle Royale games, and Razer repositioned the six buttons into two small rows of three for quick access.
The 12-button MMO plate and two-button FPS panel remain largely the same, with the FPS option giving you a large rubber grip to help keep the mouse steady in your hand while gaming.
By going wireless, Razer has included its HyperSpeed tech to ensure the mouse remains responsive at all times. You can also use the Naga Pro over Bluetooth or as a wired mouse, which can come in handy if you need to get a quick charge in. In the box, Razer includes a low-drag cable, to boot.
The mouse has on board memory with enough space for up to five profiles, and Razer estimates battery life of up to 100 hours (up to 150 hours on Bluetooth) on a charge. The sensor in the Naga Pro is Razer's Focus+ 20K DPI optical sensor, which should ensure all of your clicks are as precise as can be. All of the switches on the Naga Pro are Razer Optical switchers as well, which use light instead of physical contacts to register clicks. Plus, Razer rates the switches at 70 million clicks, so they're plenty durable.
The Razer Naga Pro wireless mouse is available starting today directly from Razer and authorized retailers for $150 (€170).
