Flying Wild Hog is a Polish developer that's worked on amazing games like Hard Reset Redux and the Shadow Warrior series. Recently, publisher Devolver Digital said that it was working with the team again on a new project. Since the companies have collaborated on Shadow Warrior in the past, many speculated that it was the long-awaited Shadow Warrior 3. Today, the game was confirmed with a teaser trailer.
Shadow Warrior 2 ended on a massive cliffhanger — I won't spoil it for you — and I've been waiting for Flying Wild Hog to reveal the sequel and provide us with some plot details.
Fallen corporate shogun Lo Wang and his former employer turned nemesis turned sidekick Orochi Zilla embark on an improbable mission to recapture an ancient dragon they unwillingly unleashed from its eternal prison. Armed with a punishing mix of blades and bullets, Lo Wang must traverse uncharted parts of the world to track down the dark beast and push the apocalypse back yet again. All it will take is the mask of a dead god, a dragon's egg, a touch of magic, and enough firepower to hold off the impending cataclysm.
Are you excited for the game? Let us know. It should come to consoles too since the other games in the franchise are available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
