Destiny 2 is preparing for some major changes.
What you need to know
- Today, Destiny 2 got a major update that adds new content.
- "Moments of Triumph" give you new challenges to take part in.
- The "Ruinous Effigy" Exotic Trace Rifle is also available.
- Destiny 2 will be archiving some old locations with the Beyond Light expansion.
Destiny 2 recently got the "Season of Arrivals" and with it, a lot of new content. Today, the game got a massive 8 GB update on Xbox One that adds the "Moments of Triumph" and "Ruinous Effigy" Exotic Trace Rifle.
Completing the Moments of Triumph gives you a new title, while the Ruinous Effigy is another great support weapon. The highlight of Moments of Triumph has to be that you can get multiple rewards from the old raids. Anyone who loves to farm weapons and gear will love this change.
The Ruinous Effigy rifle requires a lot of grinding because you have to repeat the "Contact" public event on Titan again and again. The weapon itself is a lot of fun to use so the grind is worth it in my opinion. However, I still think that Divinity is the best Trace Rifle in the game.
