Today, Dan McCulloch, the Head of Xbox Live, announced that he was leaving Microsoft. He said on Twitter, "After 15 years at Xbox, I announced today that I would be leaving. I made so many friends, learned so much and truly had a blast! I'm extremely excited about the next opportunity in my career and I will will be announcing that very soon, you all will be pumped!"

McCulloch has made a number of contribution to Xbox Live over the years and he'll be missed. It's unclear who will replace him as Head of Xbox Live, but we'll keep you posted as soon as we know more. We wish McCulloch the best of luck in the future and can't wait to see what he does next!
